Constitutionally Bound T-Shirts Unisex

The overall design of the shirt is nice; however, I was disappointed when I received it because it does not look like the picture shown. The blue color is much more muted in person, almost like a dusty navy blue rather than the brighter shade advertised. Additionally, the sizing runs small.

It is beautiful and YES, the design is raised!
